At 8 a.m. on September 10, Sichuan Heben Crop Protection Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Sichuan Heben), our wholly-owned subsidiary, held a grand ceremony for the trial production of Workshop 03. The ceremony was presided over by Deng Guiyuan, the General Manager of the Sichuan subsidiary. Leaders such as Wang Jinguo, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group Headquarters, and Pu Jianbo, Chairman of the Sichuan subsidiary, attended the ceremony.
During the launch ceremony, Deng Guiyuan reviewed the construction progress of Workshop 03: after nearly a year of construction, the workshop has completed the main construction works, equipment installation, and commissioning. The trial production plan has been approved by experts, meeting the trial production conditions, and will officially enter the trial production stage. Deng Guiyuan read out the document of the trial production leadership group, providing detailed explanations of the work responsibilities for each subgroup, and put forward specific requirements for the trial production tasks. Deng Guiyuan emphasized that to ensure the smooth progress of trial production, members of each subgroup must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and mission, fully dedicating themselves to all aspects of the trial production.
Wang Jinguo, the Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group Headquarters, delivered an important speech, highly commending the efforts and sweat paid by all departments of Sichuan Heben, the headquarters’ research institute, and the project department during the construction of Workshop 03!

Following the launch ceremony, company leaders and relevant personnel in technology, production, safety, and environmental protection departments visited the workshop to observe the trial production feeding process on-site.
As a core component of the new business sector of the Sichuan subsidiary, Workshop 03 carries the crucial mission of technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Its successful trial production undoubtedly injects new vitality and energy into the group’s development.
Since its design phase, this workshop has integrated advanced production concepts and intelligent technologies. Meticulous planning and rigorous selection have been employed from equipment selection to process flow, aim of creating an efficient, energy-saving, and eco-friendly production workshop. After putting into production, it will have an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of Oxyfluorfen TC, generating sales revenue of 200 million RMB and positively impacting the company’s future performance, helping the group secure a more advantageous position in future market competition.
Currently, Sichuan Heben has 7 workshops in production, with another 13 workshops set to commence trial production in the year’s second half. The output value in 2024 is expected to exceed 700 million RMB.
