Inspection of Quality
The Quality Management Department of Zhejiang Heben Pesticide & Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 to uphold our commitment to quality and safety in all products and services. Over the years, we have built a robust team of professional and technical experts dedicated to quality control and inspection.
Our Quality Management Department comprises two key components: the Analysis and Research Center and the Quality Inspection Center. These centers leverage advanced technology and leading-edge facilities, enabling our team to conduct full component analysis of active pesticides and pesticide preparations.
The Analysis and Research Center
The Analysis and Research Center is a significant part of our Quality Management Department, established in 2014 with an investment of more than 1.4 million dollars to meet the rigorous requirements of GLP laboratory standards. It serves as a key platform supporting analysis, testing, and scientific research innovation. With an approximate laboratory area of 430 square meters, the center has over 100 sets of cutting-edge facilities and equipment, with number of fixed assets valued over 710 thousand dollars.
Our Center has 11 skilled personnel with GLP system certification including 2 with a master’s degree, 7 with a bachelor’s degree, 1 with a college degree, and 1 with a technical secondary school degree. In addition, we have 2 quality assurance personnel and 2 project leaders, all considered technical backbone personnel with rich experience in analysis and testing.

Agilent 7890A/5975C GC-MS
GC-MS is a tool that joins a gas chromatograph with a mass spectrometer, and it is commonly used to separate and identify complex components. GC-MS has the high resolution of GC and the high sensitivity of mass spectrometry, making it a sound choice for the qualitative and quantitative determination of drugs and metabolites in biological samples.
THERMO U3000&LCQ FLEET LC-MS
LC/MS refers to an instrument that combines a liquid chromatograph and a mass spectrometer (ionic hydrazine). LC/MS is widely used for the separation and identification of large molecular weight products that are difficult to gasify. The structure of compounds is gradually analyzed by the secondary and tertiary fragmentation of ion fragments.
Waters ACQUITY UPLC
UHPLC (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography) is a more recent, more potent type of liquid chromatography that produces extremely high-resolution separations. UPLC technology, being a highly stable, reliable and replicable separation technology, has been utilised successfully in a multitude of demanding analytical fields by major laboratories globally.
DIONEX AQUIOM RFIC
Ion chromatography is a chromatography method used to separate and quantify ions. The ion chromatograph is most commonly used for the detection of standard anions and cations, especially for the qualitative and quantitative detection of Counter ions of pesticide products with Paired ions. The ion chromatograph has high separation efficiency, and can be operated under relatively low ionic strength conditions, making it also suitable for the determination of some weakly acidic or weakly alkaline substances.
